About Aggie's Grill Station

Aggie's Grill Station is a chinese restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is listed at 3027 Capital Blvd #101, Raleigh, NC 27604, which places it among the local businesses of Raleigh that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–9 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Aggie's Grill Station at (919) 790-6688; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Someone else said in their review that the server talked their ear off and that’s exactly what happened to us. I didn’t come to get a half hour lecture about what your grandma has told you about healthy living. It was unprofessional and mildly insulting.the food was great, the portions were large. They don’t refill drinks and they charge a base tip of around 8% just fyi. Probably won’t come back just because the service was so obnoxious.

I ended up coming here two nights in a row during my work trip, which probably says everything. There’s just a level of care here that you don’t find everywhere. The Philly cheesesteak was actually the owner’s recommendation, and he mentioned it’s not your typical version. I decided to go for it and it really paid off. It had this great balance of hearty, a little sweet, a little tangy, with a nice crunch on the outside and really tender meat inside. I’d also suggest getting one of the soups. It felt simple, homemade, and just really satisfying. And if you get a salad, ask for the homemade dressing. It’s good enough that you’ll want more. What stood out most though was the owner. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he’s serving and the people coming in. It makes the whole experience feel more personal. I tried the blooming flower tea on the second night and really enjoyed it. It’s a nice way to wind down the day - something a little different that fits the vibe of the place really well. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Great flavor food The only thing that I didn’t like was the wings was β€œhuge” . The lunch special with the wings is reasonably priced. Amazing customer service The lemonade is a 10/10 !!!

I've been a patron of AGGIES for years and introduced numerous friends and family to this place. The steak sub is the best!! The wings are amazing and please try the Blooming Tea!! The Hot Blooming Tea is the best tea you'll have anywhere!! So when I heard they need to drum up more business I absolutely took the time to give them an honest review. Give them a try! Nice atmosphere, kind staff and just a great place eat. A+!!
